Winnipeg-based KPI Connect Ltd. is a leading North American customer contact and relationship management company. The prestigious Computerworld Honours Program recognizes our innovation, leadership, and success. Our customer information and response program and handling of the Bridgestone/Firestone tire recall program brought us our nomination from Cisco Systems. The KPI Connect Outsource Multi-Channel Customer Service case study of the Firestone Recall Program is now part of the Smithsonian Institute's permanent archives. This collection includes the world's most innovative applications of technology, which have been deemed "Best in Class."

Consumer Choice Award for Business Excellence - 2009. The symbol of the Consumer Choice Award is considered a seal of excellence and the coronation of local businesses ' efforts and achievements.
